I don't think she's older than she looks but Zimmy doesn't seem to have aged in roughly five years; maybe they were stunted by malnutrition, Omega having to possess birds to feed herself, literally eating like a bird, and Zimmy preferring to hunt them (though that may have been a joke).

She must know this ends in tragedy, that the Court can't be trusted. She must know that if she tells him, no plan he comes up with can save her, only spoil the little time that they have together. First name: due to the high infant mortality rate her parents didn't want to get attached and unfortunately got all the way to Omega or they only wanted a few kids and her only sibling/twin is named Alpha.
