This lady is voluntarily turning herself into a machine-human abomination. Goes to show just how awful her condition was this whole time. Ironically making her the opposite of the robots, she wishes to become a tool for others, less and less of a person. Whilst the robots wanted the opposite so they could celebrate with humanity.

In this whole beautiful, wild, wondrous comic, this is possibly the page that made my eyes go widest. A LOT of things just fell into place. This, THIS, is where the court developed their Etheric amplifiers. Omega and this man really did unintentionally set the court on the path it has followed for centuries… they both deserved better. They’re the best of people, honestly just wanting to help everyone around them. If only such people could be the leaders of this world and theirs, rather than followers of more self-interested people.
