Man, that panel sequence to show the contrast of time between the speed of Kat in the ether and the real world is so good! Hat's off to you Tom, that was really clever!

"From the moment I understood the sluggishness of my flesh, it really freaking annoyed me." After this she's going full Scarlett Johansson (SPOILERS: Her: leaves earth with the rest of the AIs because humans are too slow; Lucy: accesses 100% brain power and merges with time-space-reality; Ghost in the Shell: mind survives bodily destruction and is effectively a 'net goddess (original Manga)) • Reminds me of the first Tron movie where the program people perceive seconds as ~minutes. "We only have a few seconds to get to that bridge!" *Bridge is miles away*

Yeah she's definitely made a virtual clone that's synced with here meat brain.

Apparently, the "speed of thought" is also a lot slower than most people realise, at about 10 bits per second. Our neurons simply don't fire as fast as our imagination. So it's no wonder CyberKat is impatient waiting for MeatKat.

Considering how fast a blink is, she managed to grab that device from her pocket and already heading towards plugging it in before finishing the blink. That's pretty dang quick lol

Hey Tom (if you read these), it looks like pulling up GC on phones (Android, at least) redirects you to a phishing ad telling you that you've won something :(
There's a reddit post about it too if you want to check it out!

I see, before my inner eye, people looking up pin graphs, marvelling at Kat's savvy to transport power OTA because none of these pins is a power pin - or, vice versa, to manipulate the omega device by using ONLY power pins...

It now looks like it could be an Amiga DB23 Floppy drive connector :)

You say "parallel port", I hear "Peril L. Port". (There sure were a lot of different ways of identifying it, I'm proud of us for our old computer knowledge, it wasn't just one or two of us).

She must be moving pretty fast if it took her that long to literally blink… but in the ?æther?, it must feel so devastatingly slow!! …or maybe Kat just forgot how the world works for people who haven’t created humanoid robots, teleportation devices, and computers that can create things out of thin air ????
