Fascinating to compare this with Jeanne. In both cases, the girls got to the bottom of a nearly impossible puzzle involving an unimaginably powerful mysterious force that turns out to be just one woman who was once human. But the circumstances are so different. Jeanne was angry until appeased; Omega is (presumably) miserable about being thwarted.

OK, I was uncomfortable with Omega being mind-raped and having her powers taken from her, but figured it was a necessary evil and would be treated as such. And now her very understandable reaction is being presented as comical? This...I don't like this.

Not the expected reaction. However, it could be that she is genuinely happy that she can use her own eyes to see again after so long, in two sections, seeing through animals and seeing through cameras and technology. Could also be upset for any number of reasons, we shall see.

In a bit of irony, I got an ad on this page saying Color Blind Test.

Omega has turned to a crybaby while everybody else is still around watching her. I guess the Donlans are still at the dinner party wondering what takes so long for Omega this time. The whole gang might now just join the party, they must be hungry after all these excitements anyway.

Okay... I hate this. Like, really. They just ripped away the vast amount of omega's senses, which she has lived with for all of her life, effectively blinding and deafening her. Even if it's narratively justified, that should be treated with some amount of weight and certainly with respect towards Omega

Error in composition in panel 6? If panel 3 is Omega's viewpoint of the room, with Annie to the right of Omega's line of sight towards Kat and the sofa, then in panel 6 Annie should be on Omega's right, not her left.

“This page” referring to p. 3110. In case you’re even slower on the uptake than I, who thought “this page” referred to this page rather than the linked one, and sat there trying to make sense of it.

So... Pages 3114—3116 (first two panels) tell what happened between Chapters 95 and this one. Then on the last but one panel on Page 3108 Annie alerts the others to be ready, just before saying "Omega". Then during Page 3109 Annie signals Kat (Renard the arrow on Page 3116), and the rest of Page 3109 and 3116 happens largely parallel. Pages 3117—3121 happened pretty fast between the first two panels of Page 3110, as we have just learned, but the real world is slow as mentioned on Page 3118.

Ugh, Kat had such a great chance at the line "abre los ojos" here.

Okay I know it's hard to feel bad for Omega, but this is kinda messed up, right? They just completely crippled her and are all like "there there, it's for the best" like that's kinda twisted innit?
